Originating in Brazil, Gracie Jiu Jitsu was introduced to the UK by Marc Walder's Instructor Mauricio Motta Gomes in 1998.
This makes Marc Walder a BJJ black belt only four generations away from Helio Gracie, one of the founders of Gracie BJJ.
